Believe in me!!-questions.

He is a very great speaker, the way he use the same tone throughout the entire speech makes it easier to listen to. He also banks off the crowd making changes as he goes.
He was very confident in himself and in the speech that only one time did he have to pause and think. I couldn't really find any bad points to his speech.
His voice had the tone more of a preacher than a speaker which made the crowd listen to him more.
The gestures he used were small and not over complicated so that they would not draw away from his speech and would not make him look foolish if he messed up.
Probably because he is so passionate about something he believes in.
That the school staff need to work hard with the students and do everything to the best of their abilities. This speech probably set enough fire under the school staff of Texas that speech was the most important of all.
By the way they were cheering I say that they were inspired.

The fact of the message means that its very important. He wants teachers to work hard with students even when they are pushing them aside and acting like they don't care. The speech tells them that they need to work harder but I can tell it makes the want to work harder every school day. If I was a teacher in Texas I that would probably be the best school year I had just from being pumped up by the speech. I think that most of the students in Texas schools felt that their teachers were willing and ready to work with them. I also think that students had a better year because of the speech.
